Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable to the customer. You pay all shipping costs if there is a return. In order to receive credit on your return, please contact Kitangle Customer Care at info@kitangle.com. You will be given return authorization and instructions at that time. This is a needed step to facilitate your return and give you any credit due.

If there is any damage in the shipping process, please contact us immediately at info@kitangle.com so we can remedy this to your satisfaction. To obtain credit due with your return, the item must be received by Kitangle within 30 days of the date of when the return authorization is given. Please note, we do not issue prepaid labels. The item must be in the original carton with all packaging materials intact. The item must be in new/unused condition for return eligibility. All returns must be sent by freight, prepaid, and insured by the customer. No COD.

CANCELLATIONS

Our procedure is to process orders the day the order is placed. Therefore, we cannot cancel an order once it is placed or submitted. Please accept package/item and follow the procedure for the return policy.

REFUSED ORDERS

Should you refuse to take delivery of your item upon arrival, you will receive your credit minus/less any shipping costs incurred by Kitangle plus a 20% restocking/handling charge once the item is received and approved by our returns department.
